Pinhole leaks in copper supply lines, dripping shutoff valves, leaking trap fittings under sinks. We repair with proper materials — not duct tape and prayer.
Toilet Repair
Running toilets, weak flushes, leaky base seals. Most are fixed with a $20 part and 30 minutes of labor. We charge by the job, not the hour.
Valve & Shutoff Replacement
Old gate valves and 1/4-turn ball valves that no longer shut off. We replace with quality ball valves so future service doesn't require shutting off the meter.

Do you charge a service call fee?
Our standard diagnostic visit is $89, which is credited toward any repair you authorize during the same visit.
Can you fix it the same day?
Most everyday repairs — leaks, valves, toilets, disposals — are completed during the diagnostic visit. We carry common parts on every truck.
Do you warranty repairs?
Yes. Workmanship is warrantied for one year on all repairs. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply separately.
