New Construction Plumbing
Rough-in and trim for Arvada's new builds. We work with general contractors and homeowners on custom specs, manifold systems, and recirculation loops.
From Olde Town's character homes to Candelas and Leyden Rock new construction — plumbing that's done right the first time.
Arvada's building boom over the last decade brought thousands of new homes, but the older neighborhoods between Wadsworth and Sheridan still have original plumbing that's past its expected service life. We work both sides — roughing in new construction and retrofitting aging systems.
What sets us apart in Arvada is simple: we show up when we say we will, we explain what we find in plain language, and we don't push repairs you don't need. If a $15 cartridge fixes your shower valve, we're not going to quote you a $400 valve replacement.
What We Do
Rough-in and trim for Arvada's new builds. We work with general contractors and homeowners on custom specs, manifold systems, and recirculation loops.
Replacing deteriorated main water lines from the meter to the house. We use Type K copper or PE for the outdoor run, pressure-tested before backfill.
Running and sizing gas lines for new appliances — ranges, dryers, fireplaces, and outdoor grills. We pressure-test every line per code.
Moving drains, rerouting supply, and setting fixtures for bathroom renovations. We coordinate with your tile and cabinet installers.
The rapid development in Candelas and Leyden Rock means new homes with modern PEX systems, but even new construction isn't immune to issues. We've found improper manifold sizing, missing expansion tanks on closed systems, and water heaters undersized for the homes they're supposed to serve.
In older Arvada — the neighborhoods between 52nd and 64th — the challenge is different. Original copper supply lines with corroded fittings, 50-year-old water heaters that should have been replaced a decade ago, and hose bibs that freeze every winter because nobody added frost-proof sillcocks during the last remodel.
Yes. We handle rough-in and trim-out for new builds across Arvada, including Candelas and Leyden Rock. We work directly with GCs and pull our own permits.
Absolutely. We size the line based on BTU demand, run it with proper black iron or CSST, and pressure-test per Jefferson County code requirements.
Check for galvanized supply lines (rust-colored water is the tell), original gate valves that no longer shut off fully, and clay sewer laterals. We can inspect all three in one visit.
We show up on time, give you straight answers, and fix it right the first time. No surprises.
