Installation
Plumbing Fixture Installation
Faucets, toilets, sinks, shower valves, garbage disposals — we install them right the first time. That means new supply stops where the old ones are corroded, fresh wax rings on every toilet, and proper torque on every fitting. We test every install under pressure before we leave.
Fixtures Installed Right the First Time
Bring your own fixture or have us source one. Either way, the install carries our workmanship warranty.
Faucet Installation
Kitchen, bathroom, and utility faucets. We replace old supply stops as part of every install so future service doesn't require shutting off the main. Single-handle, two-handle, and pull-down sprayer types.
Toilet Replacement
Old toilet out, flange inspected and reconditioned if needed, new wax ring, new supply line, new fill and flush valves on the new unit. We dispose of the old toilet.
Shower Valve Installation
Pressure-balanced and thermostatic shower valves. Includes proper rough-in depth, correct stop adjustment, and pressure testing before tile or surround goes back on.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you install a fixture I bought myself?
Yes. We install customer-supplied fixtures as long as they're code-compliant. The install warranty covers our workmanship; the fixture itself is covered by the manufacturer warranty.
How long does a faucet installation take?
Most kitchen and bathroom faucet swaps take 45-90 minutes. Shower valve replacements typically run 2-4 hours depending on access.
Do you replace garbage disposals?
Yes. We swap units, replace the dishwasher air-gap connection if needed, and verify the electrical supply is proper.
